SimpleBU, SimpleBU Sentinel and SimpleBU Unattended do not connect to the internet. They collect no usage data, send no analytics or crash reports, and never upload your files. License keys are verified on your computer. Your settings, logs and backups stay on your computer and the drives you choose.
The site is static. We do not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation.
When you buy, our payment partner (the seller of record) collects your name, email, billing country and payment details to process the order and handle tax. We do not see or store your card number. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can issue your license key and support you. The license key includes the name you ask us to put on it.
We use your email only for your order, license keys and support. We do not sell or share your information.
Ask us at any time to see or delete the information we hold about you: info@kuryenterprises.com. We may need to keep order records for tax purposes.
